Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange on below mentioned criteria:
⦁ Within 7 days of receiving the product
⦁ Provided the perfume is not consumed more than 10%
⦁ Delivery charges of product return to Carizmatic to be borne by the buyer
⦁ Please use solid box & bubble wrap to firmly conceal the bottle in the courier flyer , in case of defective perfume bottle received, exchange or refund should not be possible
⦁ Refund or exchange to be done by Carizmatic after 5 working days of receiving the returned bottle
